Davis Newman Payne has installed Doug Salva as senior copywriter. He will work on all of the Knoxville, Tenn., shop’s accounts. Prior to joining DNP, Salva was a senior copywriter at VML in Kansas City, Mo. He has written ad copy for clients such as Colgate Oral Pharmaceuticals, Commerce Bank and Hill’s Pet.
