Shuffle, a television commercial production company in Venice, Calif., has installed David Bando as executive producer. Previously, Bando was executive producer at Spotwerx in Hollywood, Calif., where he oversaw TV show, commercial and feature film production, as well as post-production. He also was executive producer, president and CEO of Screaming Tantrum Productions in Hollywood. He has produced commercials for companies like Sears, Budweiser, Coors, Mattel and Burger King.
