Richard Beckman Leaves Vice

That didn't last long.

Vice’s first chief revenue officer Richard Beckman didn’t even last a year. According to the New York Post, Beckman is leaving Vice because he wants to explore running his own company again.

Beckman joined Vice in May of last year. He previously spent more than 20 years in various roles with Condé Nast.

“It’s been a remarkable year, but my entrepreneurial skills beckoned, and I wanted the opportunity to focus on all my skills running something rather than just my sales and marketing skills,” Beckman told the Post.
