NEW YORK Pepsi-Cola today unveiled plans to spotlight teens being sued by the record industry in one of five Super Bowl spots by BBDO airing on Sunday.

“I Fought the Law” will feature 16 teenagers charged with illegally downloading music from the Internet as a way to introduce an iTunes promotion. That promotion involves Pepsi giving away a million free songs from Apple’s Itunes Music store via codes on Pepsi products. The ad shows the teens drinking Pepsi while onscreen copy reads: “Download Music at Itunes.
