Public relations practice Edward Howard & Co. has named Diana Lupetow and Barbara Paynter senior vice presidents. Lupetow, who has been with the Cleveland shop for three years, has specialized in marketing communications, media relations and turnaround and reorganization assignments. Paynter, who joined the agency in 1997, specializes in community relations, environmental issues and media relations. Lupetow has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in English from the University of Akron. Paynter has a bachelor of journalism degree from the University of Missouri at Columbia.
