DALLAS Forza Marketing has closed and six of its former staffers have resurfaced at Exit, which was founded by former Forza creative director Shawn Solloway.

Little Rock, Ark.-based Forza shut its doors Dec. 22. The agency closed with nine employees, down from 20 in July when it eliminated its account executive positions under a reorganization that the shop said was designed to give clients direct access to its leadership.

Forza suffered financial difficulties in 2003. In November the local ABC affiliate, KATV, sued the agency, claiming Forza owed more than $27,000 in unpaid advertising.
