National Coffee Break Day: Today!
Okay, so it’s just an unofficial designation trumped up by a PR firm, but what working stiff doesn’t need an excuse to grab a cup of Joe and chill out for a while?
Today is apparently the first ever National Coffee Break Day, according to the National Coffee Association. There are events going on all day today.
PRNewser helpfully linked to an ’80s era NCA video about the joys of coffee (and slapping people) but we think that this series of videos, done by a young Jim Henson, much more embody the violent punch to the face that is caffeine.
