Cole & Weber/Red Cell has promoted Brian Hadley from media planner to media supervisor in its Portland, Ore., office. Hadley, who has been with the shop for four years, has planned media programs for clients including the University of Phoenix, Nike Retail, Boeing and Gold Toe. In Seattle, the shop added Christine Konya as media planning and buying assistant. Konya, a recent graduate of the University of Washington, also served as a marketing intern for Phillip Morris and General Motors.
