NEW YORK The New Jersey Department of Public Health and Senior Services is searching for an agency to create a $4 million public health advertising and public relations campaign, with half the money devoted to an HIV/AIDS campaign targeting minority women.

New Jersey ranks first in the nation in the proportion of women living with HIV or AIDS, and more than 80 percent of these women are African-American. The department is asking shops to submit a creative, strategic and media proposal aimed at communicating the importance of HIV prevention.
