BOSTON Northeast regional florist chain KaBloom is considering a Midwestern agency to handle its advertising account, according to the client.

Re:group in Ann Arbor, Mich., is competing against Boston agencies McCarthy Mambro Bertino and incumbent KPC Christopher Tomas, according to Laurie Lee, director of marketing at the Woburn, Mass.-based client. Other shops also may be added to the mix before a decision is made next month, she said.

“We’re in a growth stage, and we’re looking to ensure we have an agency who can take us to the next level,” said Lee.
