NEW YORK Mark Tutssel, vice chairman, deputy chief creative officer of Leo Burnett, has been named jury chairman of the 2003 Young Guns awards show.

The Young Guns competition, begun in 2000, honors advertising and design from creatives under 30 from all over the world. Based in Sydney, Australia, the show judges advertising in 18 different categories including TV, outdoor and online.

Winning teams receive cash prizes and a three-month paid placement at a Burnett office.
