Joan Dufresne has succeeded Richard Lee as evp, director of strategic services at Lowe in New York, the agency said. Lee left the IPG agency last month to return to his native Australia, a Lowe rep said. Dufresne, 41, previously evp, planning director, reports to U.S. CEO Tom Bernardin.
