DETROIT General Motors is shifting its advertising directors around in moves that add a position for Chevrolet.

Kim Kosak moved on June 1 from director of advertising and sales promotion at Cadillac to general director of advertising and sales promotion at Chevy, essentially a lateral move for Kosak but a new position at the division, according to a Chevy representative. Previously, Chevy truck advertising manager Mac Whisner and car advertising manager Jim Jandasek ran the show.
