LAPD Opens Four Missing Persons Cases After Releasing 'Grim Sleeper' Photo Trove

Just last month, the Los Angeles Police Department released 180 photos of women, found in the possession of “Grim Sleeper” suspect Lonnie Franklin Jr. The photos were posted on the LA Times‘ website in hopes of determining whether the Grim Sleeper had any more victims that haven’t been accounted for. The good news is that the LAPD received thousands of phone calls and emails after the photos were published, and were able to identity 53 of the women in the photos.
