Chicago independent agency grant jacoby has hired Andy Madorsky as its new executive creative director. Madorsky, 43, had been freelancing for various agencies in Chicago and Los Angeles for the last several years. He is a former senior partner and group creative director at Ogilvy & Mather, Chicago, where he worked for 13 years. Prior to Ogilvy, Madorsky was at Tathum, Laird & Kudner in Chicago.
