Erwin-Penland has promoted two staffers. Former creative supervisors Joe Gilman and Mike Weston have advanced to associate creative directors. Gilman will oversee creative for the Greenville, S.C., shop’s Advance America, Cafe Enterprises, Health Information Association, ImageNation, Regent Medical and ScanSource accounts. Weston will handle the agency’s Michelin, Uniroyal and Wachovia accounts.
