Beverly Hills Neiman Marcus Leadership Transition Update
For those of you following the high-level shake-up at the Beverly Hills Neiman Marcus, Beverly Hills 213 profiles new manager Kelly Cole in a cover story. Pretty daring of a magazine to do a hard hitting expose on one of its own major advertisers:
This characteristic of sales associates going the extra mile is one that is common throughout the chain of stores, not just at the Beverly Hills location. “The bar is raised higher for us [at Neiman Marcus]. I welcome that. I think that’s what makes working at Neiman Marcus exciting. We always strive for that.”
Maybe GM should give Beverly Hills 213 some of the advertising money it’s saving via its LAT boycott. I have a feeling advertorial content goes pretty cheap there– although I guess Beverly Hills isn’t really a big GM town.
