The Goltz Seering Agency, Green Bay, Wis., has hired Brian Berggren as an art director and promoted Michelle Altman to project specialist. Berggren had interned at the agency and will graduate next month from the University of Wisconsin. Altman will continue to assist with print and broadcast media placements.
