LOS ANGELES Rubio’s Fresh Mexican Grill said it has hired Siltanen/Keehn as its broadcast creative agency and Tesser as its design shop.
The two shops were hired following a three-month review process. The other contenders were undisclosed. While the client is expected to spend an estimated $2-3 million on ads, CMR recorded no ad spending in 2002.
The San Diego-based quick-casual chain previously worked with Grey in Los Angeles, which said last November that it would resign the account.
