Former Bozell executive creative director David Nobay has accepted the top creative post at Saatchi & Saatchi in Sydney, Australia, the Publicis Groupe network said last week. He will fill the ecd spot being vacated by Malcolm Poynton, who is leaving after nearly two years to take an undisclosed job in London. Nobay, 35, left Bozell last month [Adweek Online, Feb. 21]. The IPG shop is in the midst of merging with sibling agency Lowe.
