California Lottery Names Minority Finalists

LOS ANGELES The California Lottery said it has narrowed the search for an agency to handle its Asian American marketing account to two finalists.

Shops advancing are GlobalHue in Los Angeles and the incumbent, Time Advertising in Millbrae, Calif. The lottery said it received proposals from five agencies. The projected budget is approximately $6 million over four years, with the option to extend up to two additional years.

The two shops are expected to present finalist case studies the week of April 11.
