Kaess nominated for 2nd 4a's term

American Association of Advertising Agencies chairman Ken Kaess, 48, has been nominated for a second term in the post. Kaess, president and CEO of DDB Worldwide, was slated to be replaced in April by Jim Heekin, who was fired as CEO of McCann-Erickson Worldgroup last week. Members will vote on new officers April 9 at the 4A’s annual meeting.
