The Writer Magazine Goes on 'Hiatus'
The Writer, a magazine that has been around since 1887, is going on a self-described “hiatus.” Its parent company, Kalmbach Publishing, is looking for a buyer and until then production of the glossy will be on hold.
October 2012, which is in production now, will be The Writer’s last issue.
