Vieira On Her View Exit: 'I Didn't Have Anything Else To Talk About'
In the May Ladies Home Journal cover story, Meredith Vieira explains why she “really” left The View. Aside from the joy of getting up at 3:00AM to prep for Today, Vieira says:
The thing that I love about the View is that you bring yourself to the table. But as my kids were getting older, they resented my doing that … I am very honest, and sometimes that’s not a good thing. And I didn’t have anything else to talk about truly.
