Companies with strong brand images don’t just get loyal customers. They get loyal employees, too. A poll by Maritz Research found 49 percent of workers saying “their companies’ brand or image played an important role” in the decision to apply for their jobs. Among this cohort, 43 percent are “extremely satisfied” with their jobs, vs. 31 percent of workers who weren’t influenced by brand image in seeking their positions.
