3 Shops Expected to Continue in BCBS Review

CHICAGO—Three agencies are expected to advance in Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota’s 10-year, $80-110 million anti-smoking review: Carmichael Lynch in Minneapolis, Crispin Porter + Bogusky in Miami and Arnold in San Francisco, sources said. Three other shops in the competition were BBDO Minneapolis, BVK, Milwaukee, and Ground Zero in Marina del Rey, Calif. A decision is expected by July. The review is being run by consultant Jan Apple in Minnetonka, Minn.
