Ogilvy & Mather last week reaffirmed its commitment to the Los Angeles market by naming Dan Burrier chief creative officer here and shifting creative on its $150 million global Motorola account from New York to the West Coast.

The move marks an attempt to right the Culver City, Calif., shop, following the departure of co-presidents Angus Fraser and Joe McDon agh. Fraser left at the end of last year and was replaced by co-president Rick Roth.
