Thrifty Car Selects Titan Network

The Titan Network has added Thrifty Car Sales, a unit of Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group, to its client roster without a review.

“They were handling their mar-keting in-house, but we saw they were growing and started the dialogue last fall,” said Scott Marticke, Titan’s director of advertising.

The Tulsa, Okla.-based client entered the used-vehicle business three years ago, pulling inventory from its affiliate, Thrifty Car Rental. TCS operates 62 dealerships. Another 12 will open this year.

TCS selected Titan in Atlanta to develop an integrated marketing effort, which will include branding, corporate and dealer advertising, public relations, dealer recruitment and in-store promotional materials.
