Butler, Shine & Stern’s hunt for new talent has led it to hire a client-service specialist.
The Sausalito, Calif., shop last week named Garry K. McGuire Jr. managing director. McGuire, 31, is charged with leading all new-business efforts while working to expand the agency’s client-service offerings.
Agency president Greg Stern said he hired McGuire based on recommendations. “We have been talking to our clients and prospects, and everyone is looking for someone who is a strong business partner,” Stern said.
