NEW YORK–Omnicom Group elected four directors Tuesday at its annual meeting of shareholders in New York.

Leonard S. Coleman Jr., Peter Foy and Gary Roubos were re-elected, and Robert Clark, dean of Harvard University Law School, became a new member. Their new terms expire in 2005.

At the same time, two longtime directors–Allen Rosenshine, worldwide chairman and CEO of BBDO, and Keith Reinhard, worldwide chairman of DDB–resigned their seats and five others–James Cannon, Bernard Brochand, Tom Harrison, Michael Greenlees and Jean-Marie Dru–did not stand for re-election.
