NEW YORK — Heineken USA and Heineken International have shifted their estimated $60 million account from Lowe to D’Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles (for creative duties) and MediaVest (for media planning and buying duties), the client confirmed.

Both shops are based in New York. Rumors of the move, which was expected, first surfaced last November [Adweek, Nov. 12], and the Nethertherlands beermaker, which has U.S. headquarters in White Plains, N.Y., confirmed earlier this month that it had split with Lowe in New York [Adweek, Feb. 4].
