CHICAGO–The Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association has put its estimated $20 million business into review without inviting six-year incumbent Foote, Cone & Belding.
Chicago consultancy Jones Lundin Beals is handing the review, a representative for the Chicago-based Blue Cross said. The review was prompted by “a new advertising team and strategic advertising direction,” according to a statement from the company.
FCB’s Chicago office successfully defending the account two years ago in a review against most of the city’s top shops.
