MTVi, the interactive unit of MTV Networks, has unveiled a co-marketing deal with Johnson & Johnson. Under terms of the agreement, MTVi and Johnson & Johnson will co-launch MTVGirl.com, a sponsored mini-site aimed at teenage girls.

The site focuses on pop culture, music and entertainment, and also features information on health and beauty through a partnership with Johnson & Johnson consumer brands such as Neutrogena, Stayfree, Clean & Clear and Acuvue.

The mini-site is currently in soft-launch and offers a variety of community-building content for teen girls, including celebrity and music news, sweepstakes, horoscopes, newsletters, polls, a custom radio player and screensavers. Spending was not disclosed.
