Colby Effler & Partners has launched a search for a senior account executive to partner with creative chief Rick Colby, leaving agency chairman Don Effler free to focus more on his duties as vice chairman of parent Dentsu USA.
Colby, executive creative director and chief operating officer at the Santa Monica, Calif., shop, confirmed he is “looking for a very senior person to help grow the business.” The new hire will concentrate primarily on attracting new clients, Colby said.
