Forrester Research projects that interactive media ad spending will reach nearly $55 billion by 2014. The report, “U.S. Interactive Marketing Forecast, 2009–2014,” suggests this growth will be attributed to marketers’ desire for cheaper, more accountable ways to reach customers. The study also predicts more ad dollars will flow from traditional channels to interactive ones.
