Austin, Texas, agency owner Gay Gaddis was among a group of business executives invited to the White House recently to accept accolades on their family-friendly work environments.
A Rose Garden luncheon hosted last month by President Clinton and the First Lady included Gaddis for the establishment of a formal maternity policy at her T3 shop.
Three years ago, Gaddis set up the “T3 and Under” program that allows her employees to care for their infants at the office, rather than take extended maternity leave.
