Five New York shops have emerged as finalists in the review for the creative portion of J.P. Morgan’s estimated $15 million corporate image ad account, sources said.
The shops in contention, in addition to roster agencies The Colligan Group and Citigate Albert Frank, are: Hampel/Stefanides, J. Walter Thompson and Messner Vetere Berger McNamee Schmetterer/Euro RSCG. Colligan currently develops corporate campaigns for J.P. Morgan while Citigate focuses on product ads.
The agencies either declined comment or referred queries to the New York-based client, which did not return calls.
