NEW YORK-Mullen in Wenham, Mass., is a finalist in the review for the $6 million ad account of the American Stock Exchange in New York. Merkley Newman Harty, New York, has resigned the business, confirmed a Stock Exchange official. The other contenders are: Hill, Holliday/Altschiller and Brouillard Communications, both in New York; Gillespie in Princeton, N.J.; and The Martin Agency in Richmond, Va.
