Power firm Conectiv is about to begin a review for its advertising business after parting ways with W.B. Doner in Baltimore.
While the account previously billed $8-10 million, officials at the utility said the budget is currently in flux.
Doner had resigned the telecommunications division of the Wilmington, Del.-based client when it was awarded the $4-8 million Telegent business last month. Conectiv, which is the result of a merger between Delmarva Power of Wilmington and Atlantic Energy of Atlantic City, N.J.,
