Company Postpones $515 Mil. Review; Roster Shops Revamp
NEW YORK–Unilever’s decision last week to put its estimated $515 million U.S. media review on hold until next summer was motivated by its desire to give participating roster shops time to implement changes in their U.S. operations.
Unilever said it planned to put the review it began in November on hold because of “significant changes” in both the media landscape and its agencies’ media operations.
In the interim, Unilever has announced that Western Initiative Media Worldwide would handle both national- and spot-TV buying–an immediate benefit of its move to acquire The Botway
