CHICAGO–TBWA/Chiat/Day in New York is expected to land ad duties for a new travel Web site backed by United, Delta, Northwest and Continental airlines, sources said. Spending was pegged at $50 million. FCB Worldwide and J. Walter Thompson, both Chicago, were the other finalists. Officials at Boston Consulting, the site’s management group, could not be reached.
