PARIS – As expected, Philips Consumer Electronics has consolidated its European advertising at Euro RSCG. The agency participated in the protracted, six-month battle against Ogilvy & Mather and Saatchi & Saatchi (ADWEEK, Global News, May 31). Euro RSCG already handles the electronics company’s advertising in Germany.
