NEW YORKSerena Duff has joined TBWA\ Chiat\Day in New York as a joint media director—one of two at the agency. Previously, she was an associate media director at Deutsch, also in New York.Deborah Sullivan, executive vice president, director of broadcast production at DDB Worldwide in New York for two years, has joined FCB Worldwide in the same position. She replaces Herb Miller, who is leaving to pursue other interests. Sullivan will run the New York-based agency's broadcast production department, reporting to executive vice president, executive creative director Rich Russo. Be-fore joining DDB, where she handled clients such as Dial, Mobil and Compaq, she was a founding partner and senior vice president at Berlin, Cam-eron & Partners and the former Fallon McElligott Berlin in the early 1990s. She has also worked at the former Hal Riney in San Francisco and N.W. Ayer in New York.Post & Partners in New York has hired three staffers. Richard Ostroff was named executive vice president, as-sociate creative director at the shop, where he will work on TD Waterhouse and Am-ica Mutual Insurance Co.; he was working as a freelancer before joining the agency. Marilyn Marsh was hired as vice president, client relationship manager, working on Phoenix Home Life Mutual Insurance Co., e-Maritz and other new accounts; she previously was account director at Lotas Minard Patton McIver. Erin Holmes was named senior associate producer; she is responsible for producing radio and TV commercials and corporate videos at the Pittsburgh shop.
