The souring economy has not slowed Snyder Communications, the acquisitive parent of Arnold Communications.
Although its stock has lost about 25 percent of its value in recent months, Snyder last week purchased Response Marketing Group, Richmond, Va., in an exchange of stock valued at $52 million. The acquisition marks the Bethesda, Md.-based holding company’s entry into the highly specialized area of database modeling and analysis.
Chairman and chief executive officer Dan Snyder said grim economic forecasts have not altered his plans for growth.
