"NEW YORK Benoit, Twomey + Partners, New York, added two staffers: Maggie Soffer joined the agency as technical director from Interport Communications, where she had been director of client services, and Tami Lynch arrived to head the shop's new in-house media group after working in media and account services at Grey and other New York agencies. Ed Keenan joined Ryan Drossman & Partners, New York, as vice president, account director. He previously spent two years at United Campaigns, an advertising agency based in Moscow, Russia. Biederman Kelly Krimstein & Partners, New York, added seven staffers to its new business-to-business division. The arrivals were all previously at Hammond Farrell, a New York business-to-business agency. Jeff Kaumeyer heads up the new division as managing director; he was previously president of Hammond Farrell. Joining him are senior art director Scott Bartley, assistant account executive Timothy Hill, management supervisor Liza Kurtz, creative director Bob Singer, public relations account supervisor Robin Traum and intern Donald Murphy. Marstellar Advertising in New York has named a new management team: Scott Wallace was promoted to chairman, Joe Fisher was named president and chief executive and Mike McKenna was appointed chief operating officer. Fink Farhy Agency, New York, named Jared Shapiro as an agent. He was previously an account executive at Messner Vetere Berger McNamee Schmetterer. Sean Kane joined The Tucker Partnership, New York, as a partner. He had served as an account director at the agency from 1996 to 1997 before moving to Jordan Case McGrath & Partners/Euro RSCG, where he was a vice president in account management on the Procter & Gamble business. Suri Harris, senior vice president, management supervisor and senior vice president of strategic planning and business development at Lyons Lavey Nickel Swift, New York, was named a "Rising Star" of 1999 by the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association. Eric Mower and Associates welcomed three new hires to its Rochester office: Mary DeMarco was hired as project manager, Christina Williams was named production manager and Leslie White was appointed senior account executive in public relations services. Media Logic, Albany, named Tina Anderson administrative assistant. She previously held that title at Resource Management International. David Rampulla, president of Island Adworx, Staten Island, was appointed to the advisory council of the Service Corps of Retired Executives Association's Staten Island chapter. "NEW JERSEY Anastasia Pribula joined Linett & Harrison, Millburn, as new business coordinator. She previously worked as a retail coordinator and clothing buyer at Bachrach Clothing in Chicago. Lanmark Group, Eatontown, promoted Heidi Dedonno to information systems manager from data entry coordinator. The agency also hired Michael Krimm as audio video post production supervisor. He had been senior editor at WNED-TV in Buffalo, N.Y. Princeton Video Image in Lawrenceville appointed Carlo Basile to the new position of chief technology officer. He had been vice president and chief technology officer at Philips Digital Video Group in Palo Alto, Calif. "PENNSYLVANIA Robert Siess joined Impax Marketing Group, Philadelphia, as an executive vice president responsible for acquiring new business. He was most recently vice president, creative services at David's Bridal. Earle Palmer Brown Interactive, Philadelphia, hired Cybele Pritchett as an art director. Previously, she worked as a junior web programmer for Mind's Eye in Washington, D.C. Nancy White joined Stratus Communications in Philadelphia as vice president, client services. She had been an account manager at an agency in central New Jersey. Warren Hunter, president of DMW Worldwide, Philadelphia, addressed attendees at PIMA's MarketTech '99 trade show and conference on May 4. Hunter's talk was titled "Branding: The key to hot response." Horsham's LD&B Communications named Bridget Klosinski vice president, group management supervisor. She joined the firm from Film East in Marlton, where she served as chief operating officer. The Neiman Group in Harrisburg made several staff changes. David Spink was promoted to art director from assistant art director; Karin Travitz joined the firm as an assistant account executive; Frank Arndt was hired as production manager; and assistant account executive Melissa Will moved to the agency's public relations arm, Neiman + May Communications.
