DDB Misses Finals for Pearle Vision Centers





DALLAS–First-round contender DDB Needham Dallas was not on the list of shops advancing to the final round of a review for Pearle Vision Centers’ $25 million advertising account. Philip Alexander, Pearle’s vice president of marketing, said the four shops picked as finalists were: McCann-Erickson and Publicis/Bloom, both New York; W.B. Doner & Co., Southfield, Mich.; and Ogilvy & Mather, Chicago. Presentations are scheduled for mid-May, with a decision expected in June.
