LOS ANGELES–Cohen/Johnson is expected to restructure after the loss of client Dep Corp. Hair care products company Dep has ended its relationship with the agency and is believed to be contacting shops about the creative portion of its advertising account.

Western International Media handles media planning and buying for Dep, which spent $7 million on media last year, according to Competitive Media Reporting.

‘Dep has been an important client of the agency for six years,’ said Mark Johnson, president of the Los Angeles shop.
