Crispin, Porter and Bogusky has hired David Measer as group planning director, leading strategy on Microsoft Windows work out of the agency's Los Angeles office.

Measer started at MDC-owned Crispin last week, after spending four years as director of strategic planning and business development at L.A. independent agency David and Goliath.

Measer will report directly to Suzanne Powers, evp and global strategic director, who is based at MDC's office in New York. Powers and Measer also worked together at TBWA/Chiat/Day L.A.
