Twitter Blue is Twitter’s optional subscription plan that provides access to exclusive features, such as the ability to undo tweets and browse Top Articles.

Twitter Blue subscribers also have access to bookmark folders, which allow them to organize bookmarked tweets into separate folders that they can create. For instance, a user may want to create a “recipes” folder where they can bookmark tweets containing recipes they’d like to try.
