Twitter Blue is Twitter’s optional subscription plan that provides access to exclusive features, such as the ability to change the Twitter application’s navigation bar and undo tweets for up to 60 seconds after they’ve been sent.

Another feature in the Twitter Blue subscription plan is the ability to browse Top Articles, which are the articles that have been shared the most in the user’s network over the past 24 hours. Since the articles are specific to each user’s network, each user will see different articles in the Top Articles section of their account.
